About Kimberly Brown

I'm Kimberly Brown, founder of Continuum Strategies. I work with philanthropies, nonprofits, and public sector partners on workforce development, economic mobility, and systems change — not as an outside observer, but as someone whose life is woven into community. The challenges of economic insecurity, racial inequity, and barriers embedded in systems that were never designed to include everyone are not abstractions to me. They are personal.

I believe that responding to injustice requires two things at once: the urgency to act directly on people's lives today, and the discipline to work at the root — shifting narrative, mobilizing capital, and changing policy — so that investment builds toward something durable rather than perpetuating inequities.
